GROUP TRAINING/ WORKOUTS

Bay Speed Softball offers group training sessions and ongoing workouts to help athletes continue to develop on the field. Participants will train with other athletes, perform high quality reps, train in a competitive environment.

Bay Speed Softball has partnered with Movement Hub Santa Clara! Our new 60-minute Defensive Training Program covers fielding fundamentals, speed and agility training developed by Movement Hub Santa Clara lead trainer and owner. All sessions are indoors at facility.
